I enjoy cooking vegetarian dishes and snacks. I always make pumpkin seeds from our Halloween Jack-O-Lanterns and I enjoy the different colors and textures that can be found in food and the kitchen.

Now that time has freed up a bit I intend to do more cooking and food photography.
